{"id":10031,"date":"2026-07-01T08:25:17","date_gmt":"2026-07-01T08:25:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=10031"},"modified":"2026-07-01T08:25:17","modified_gmt":"2026-07-01T08:25:17","slug":"capricorns-middle-east-suitor-given-new-deadline-daily-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=10031","title":{"rendered":"Capricorn&#8217;s Middle East suitor given new deadline \u2013 Daily Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            <\/p>\n<p>A new bid deadline has been set for Capricorn Energy<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Capricorn Energy has announced a further extension to the deadline for Alamadiyaf al-Masiyyah to make a firm offer for the company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The Edinburgh-based oil and gas explorer revealed in March that it had received a number of unsolicited proposals from the member of the Cafani Group, regarding a possible all cash offer to acquire the business.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Today\u2019s \u201cput up or shut up\u201d deadline has now been extended to 5pm on 29 July to allow the Middle East based company more time to finalise its funding arrangements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Capricorn was founded as Cairn Energy by former Scottish rugby international Bill Gammell.
