Purple Group* announced a $10.75 million cash and share acquisition of an Australian AI company they\u2019ve already been working with for a number of years. I spoke with CEO Charles Savage about the deal, the benefits and if the business they\u2019re buying will still be able to work with other third parties. He\u2019s naturally optimistic, certainly AI in finance makes a lot of sense, but execution is always what matters.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
