{"id":13585,"date":"2026-08-14T06:37:58","date_gmt":"2026-08-14T06:37:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=13585"},"modified":"2026-08-14T06:37:58","modified_gmt":"2026-08-14T06:37:58","slug":"iomart-hires-waymark-as-chief-financial-officer-daily-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=13585","title":{"rendered":"Iomart hires Waymark as chief financial officer \u2013 Daily Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            <\/p>\n<p>Iomart is in a period of transition<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Scottish cloud computing firm Iomart Group has appointed former bank executive Matthew Waymark as chief financial officer and director, filling one of two key vacancies at the company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Mr Waymark held roles at NatWest, including finance director of the commercial &amp; institutional division, and most recently as CFO of a start-up bank. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">He trained as a chartered accountant at Deloitte and has held directorships at NatWest Pension Trustee and Coutts &amp; Company. He does not currently hold any shares in AIM-quoted Iomart which is also seeking a full-time chief executive. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">He replaces Scott Cunningham who left the Glasgow-based company at the end of June and takes up his role on 14 September.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Richard Last, executive chair, said: \u201cMatt was selected following a thorough and rigorous process, and the board is confident that his experience and financial leadership will be a significant asset as we continue to execute our strategy and deliver value for shareholders.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Mr Waymark said: \u201cI look forward to working with the board and the wider team in rebuilding growth momentum and the delivery of its strategic priorities.
