{"id":14489,"date":"2026-08-25T19:31:56","date_gmt":"2026-08-25T19:31:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=14489"},"modified":"2026-08-25T19:31:56","modified_gmt":"2026-08-25T19:31:56","slug":"home-bargains-signs-up-as-craigtoun-anchor-tenant-daily-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=14489","title":{"rendered":"Home Bargains signs up as Craigtoun anchor tenant \u2013 Daily Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            <\/p>\n<p>Artist\u2019s impression of Craigtoun Business Park<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Home Bargains has been confirmed as the first flagship occupier at a new multi-million-pound mixed-use business park near St Andrews.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">West Coast Estates, the Aberdeen-based property development and investment company behind Craigtoun Park, said the discount store will anchor the seven-acre destination.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The business park has planning consent for more than 60,000 sq ft of commercial and employment space. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">It is expected to create at least 170 permanent jobs and 100 construction jobs, while giving the local community greater choice, boosting the local economy and generating over \u00a3500,000 a year in business rates.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">West Coast Estates completed the acquisition of the site earlier this month.
