Why we love this deal

When it comes to finding the right pillows, it can almost feel reminiscent of the Goldilocks story where everything is too soft or too hard. What’s even worse is that you might end up finding the right pillows but they cost a fortune, which feels unnecessary even with the comfort they promise to provide. Although we might be willing to pay for a good night’s sleep, there’s a limit to what most are willing to spend, and thankfully, at the right retailers, you can find quality in purchases like the Sasttie Down-Alternative Pillow Set without spending a fortune if you time it just right.

Originally a $57 purchase, the four-piece set of pillows is now on sale for 47% off with the latest Walmart Flash deal. Deck out your entire bed for just $30 during this limited-time deal and get hotel-grade comfort for a super budget-friendly price.

Why do shoppers love it?

Because these are down-alternative pillows, they aren’t made with duck or goose clusters but rather synthetic fibers that mimic the feel of a true down pillow. There are a few benefits to this. Not only are down alternatives much more hypoallergenic because they won’t trap dust mites, mold, or animal dander, but people with skin sensitivities, allergies, or asthma are less likely to have a reaction. They are also easier to maintain because they are machine wash-friendly, far more affordable — even though they are just as comfortable as true down products — and cruelty-free.

These pillows are made with a down-alternative microfiber fabric and fill. The shell, made from the microfiber fabric, has a silky-smooth, soft, and lightweight texture thanks to the tightly woven synthetic knit, and the fill, or insulation, uses ultra-fine synthetic microfiber fibers to mimic the light, plush feel that natural goose down has. Made specifically with a blend of 40% 3D fiber and 60% 7D fiber, the pillows have a hotel-like quality that uses finer, softer fibers for a “cloud-like” feel and gentle contouring with thicker, more resilient fibers that add structural integrity and durability to the pillow overall. This gives you a plush and plump pillow that’s strong enough to keep your head and neck elevated but not so hard that it’s uncomfortable.

Available in three colors, the pillows come embossed with a geometric pattern, which is decorative enough to eliminate the need for pillowcases if you don’t want to use them. They have a satin piping around the edge, which boosts durability and visually looks very nice.

“These remind me of fancy hotels in movies,” one shopper said when describing the pillows. “Big and soft yet firm, and they didn’t break down.” Shoppers praise the pillows for their luxurious look and feel, and they’re so plush that you can sleep soundly with just one underneath your head. They are a bit bigger than expected so keep that in mind with size counts when ordering, but their oversized design is actually a bit of a plus with a lot of shoppers. “Excellent buy. It’s fun to see them puff up,” another shopper said.
