{"id":17043,"date":"2026-09-28T08:21:06","date_gmt":"2026-09-28T08:21:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=17043"},"modified":"2026-09-28T08:21:06","modified_gmt":"2026-09-28T08:21:06","slug":"norways-dno-not-raising-offer-for-capricorn-daily-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=17043","title":{"rendered":"Norway&#8217;s DNO not raising offer for Capricorn \u2013 Daily Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            <\/p>\n<p>Capricorn Energy has recommended an offer from Genel<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Norwegian energy company DNO has stated that it will not increase its offer for Edinburgh-based Capricorn Energy despite rival suitor Genel offering higher terms last week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">DNO is offering $396 million (\u00a3292m) in cash and said it retains a \u201chighly disciplined approach to M&amp;A\u201d.
