{"id":17335,"date":"2026-10-01T21:47:38","date_gmt":"2026-10-01T21:47:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=17335"},"modified":"2026-10-01T21:47:38","modified_gmt":"2026-10-01T21:47:38","slug":"dunoon-it-firm-signals-expansion-with-acquisition-daily-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=17335","title":{"rendered":"Dunoon IT firm signals expansion with acquisition \u2013 Daily Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            <\/p>\n<p>BC Technologies has grown from its Dunoon base<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">IT services provider BC Technologies, which relocated from London to Dunoon more than 30 years ago, is expanding its operations with the acquisition of a firm based in Linwood.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The merger with Business iT Specialists means BC Technologies is now in five locations, with other offices in Inverness, Motherwell and Bracknell in Berkshire..<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Business i.T Specialists was founded by Ross and Emma Toner and is focused on supporting SMEs. Mr Toner is joining as a partner to continue driving growth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">BC Technologies was established in London in 1994 as Wallace Computer Group and  relocated to Dunoon from where it has overseen its expansion to 30 employees. It still supports clients in and around the London area.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Mr Toner said: \u201cMerging with BC Technologies was the right move for us because of the strong cultural alignment and shared ambition. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis partnership gives us the platform to grow further.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Rachel Wallace, operations partner at BC Technologies, said: \u201cWe are very pleased to welcome Ross, Emma and the team into BC Technologies.
