{"id":17591,"date":"2026-10-05T19:26:58","date_gmt":"2026-10-05T19:26:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=17591"},"modified":"2026-10-05T19:26:58","modified_gmt":"2026-10-05T19:26:58","slug":"east-kilbride-shopping-centre-in-20m-acquisition-daily-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=17591","title":{"rendered":"East Kilbride shopping centre in \u00a320m acquisition \u2013 Daily Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            <\/p>\n<p>East Kilbride Shopping Centre has a new owner<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">East Kilbride Shopping Centre has been acquired out of administration for a reported \u00a320m by property investment, management and development company MCore, owner of Princes Square, Glasgow and The Centre, Livingston.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Alistair McAlinden and James Dewar of Interpath were appointed as joint administrators to previous owner of East Kilbride Shopping Centre Sapphire 16 SARL in November 2022. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The centre site includes 150 shops, restaurants, offices, cinema, hotel, pub, night club, children\u2019s nursery, library, ice-rink, bingo hall and gym.
