{"id":19683,"date":"2026-11-03T17:57:00","date_gmt":"2026-11-03T17:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=19683"},"modified":"2026-11-03T17:57:00","modified_gmt":"2026-11-03T17:57:00","slug":"st-modwen-homes-in-first-move-into-scottish-market-daily-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=19683","title":{"rendered":"St Modwen Homes in first move into Scottish market \u2013 Daily Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            <\/p>\n<p>Scottish entry: St Modwen Homes<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">St Modwen Homes is making its first move into the Scottish market, launching four developments that will deliver 268 homes in the east and west of the country.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The brand has an established presence in England and Wales and is entering the Scottish market after Miller Homes acquired the business last year. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In the east, it is building at Shawfair in Danderhall, which will be followed by Muiravonside Meadow in Whitecross, Falkirk.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In the coming weeks, the brand will launch Huxley Quarter at Clydesdale Works in Bellshill, followed by Everley Park in Bargeddie in January 2027.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Miller Homes Group acquired St Modwen Homes in January 2025.
