The Bonnie Badger, Kenny Blair and Tom Kitchin<\/p>\n
Scottish hospitality operator Buzzworks has acquired an East Lothian pub and restaurant from celebrity chef Tom Kitchin and his wife Michaela.<\/p>\n
The Bonnie Badger in Gullane, close to the Muirfield golf course, becomes Buzzworks\u2019 fourth outlet in the area following the opening of Herringbone North Berwick, Lido Musselburgh, and the redevelopment of Nether Abbey Hotel in North Berwick. <\/p>\n
It also marks the Buzzworks\u2019 ongoing expansion into accommodation. It will continue operating throughout the summer, before closing later in the year during for refurbishment in collaboration with designer Jim Hamilton.<\/p>\n
Kenny Blair, CEO at Buzzworks, said: \u201cThe Bonnie Badger is a fantastic venue, with an excellent reputation and a real connection to the Gullane community. It\u2019s clear how much care has gone into making it what it is today, and we\u2019re excited to build on that as we take it into its next chapter.<\/p>\n
