{"id":3457,"date":"2026-04-09T08:10:53","date_gmt":"2026-04-09T08:10:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=3457"},"modified":"2026-04-09T08:10:53","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T08:10:53","slug":"p2d-acquisition-extends-stats-global-reach-daily-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=3457","title":{"rendered":"P2D acquisition extends Stats&#8217; global reach \u2013 Daily Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            <\/p>\n<p>Stephen Rawlinson: unique service<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Stats Group has announced the acquisition of pipeline intelligence and cleaning specialist Pipelines 2 Data (P2D) in a deal that extends its global reach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Backed by Stats\u2019 parent company Mitsui &amp; Co, the deal between the two Aberdeen-based firms forms part of a long-term plan to build a comprehensive pipeline services platform combining inspection, diagnostics, maintenance and repair capabilities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The companies already share a decade-long working relationship, having collaborated on projects in the Middle East and the UK, which have demonstrated the strong technical alignment between both entities and the operational benefits to clients.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Stephen Rawlinson, chief executive of 500-employee Stats, said: \u201cBy combining P2D\u2019s inspection and cleaning expertise with STATS\u2019 pipeline isolation and maintenance technologies, we will create a unique service.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201cWe are excited about the opportunity to add P2D\u2019s talent and technology offering to our clients to help solve their complex pipeline integrity challenges.
