CFW Ingredients & Equipment, the distribution division of Fife-based Sephra Europe, has been announced as the exclusive distributor and web shop manager in the UK of\u00a0Domori\u2019s B2B professional couverture chocolate range.<\/p>\n
The move brings a new, high quality chocolate brand to a stagnant artisan chocolate market.<\/p>\n
In bidding to enter the UK market for the first time, the Domori luxury couverture brand, used by top end professional pastry chefs and chocolatiers, \u00a0has the support and backing of CFW Ingredients & Equipment which has created a dedicated B2B e-commerce shop with its own QR code for simple ordering.<\/p>\n
Domori is particularly known for its dark chocolates made with Venezuelan Criollo Cocoa, an extremely rare and prized variety which accounts for only 0.01% of the world\u2019s cocoa yield.<\/p>\n
