{"id":4575,"date":"2026-04-22T21:18:11","date_gmt":"2026-04-22T21:18:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=4575"},"modified":"2026-04-22T21:18:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-22T21:18:11","slug":"keane-premier-doubles-in-size-after-priority-deal-daily-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=4575","title":{"rendered":"Keane Premier doubles in size after Priority deal \u2013 Daily Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            <\/p>\n<p>Harestane in Dundee joins the new group<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Keane Premier Group, the Glasgow-based independent care provider, has acquired Priority Care Group in a deal that will double the size of its portfolio and significantly extend its reach across Scotland.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The transaction brings six care homes, spanning Dundee, Perthshire, Angus and Aberdeenshire, into the Keane family, adding 233 beds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Priority Care Group, a long-standing family-run provider, headquartered in Dundee, will continue to trade under its own name and a consolidated leadership structure is in place to ensure full continuity for residents, families and staff.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The enhanced scale will allow Keane to accelerate investment in facilities, services and workforce development.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Founded in 2008, Keane Premier Group delivers residential, dementia and domiciliary care across Scotland.
