Charles Leclerc: signature blend<\/p>\n
Scotch whisky distiller Chivas Regal has teamed up with Formula One driver and brand ambassador Charles Leclerc to launch a limited edition blend with a personally significant age.<\/p>\n
Chivas Regal 16, created by master blender Sandy Hyslop, is the first\u00a016-year-old\u00a0expression in the brand\u2019s history and is Leclerc\u2019s debut signature blend.\u00a0<\/p>\n
It brings together 16 whiskies, inspired by the number that has defined Leclerc\u2019s life and career. He was born in Monte Carlo on 16 October and it is also his racing number.<\/p>\n
Leclerc was runner-up with Ferrari in the 2022 Formula One World Drivers\u2019 Championship, and has won eight Grands Prix across nine seasons.<\/p>\n
\u201cSixteen has always been more than a number to me \u2013 it\u2019s something I\u2019ve carried my whole career,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cGoing to Scotland, seeing the distilleries, understanding the obsession behind every cask, inspired me to create my own blend. <\/p>\n
\u201cChivas Regal and I share the same belief that the standard you set today is just the starting point. I pushed Sandy to go further. He pushed me to think differently. <\/p>\n

Mr Hyslop said: \u201cCharles\u00a0didn\u2019t\u00a0just put his name to this. He was in the room, making decisions, pushing back. He gravitated toward the character that defines Chivas Regal: rich, layered, built with real depth.\u201d<\/p>\n
The two\u00a0masters\u00a0united in Miami ahead of the Grand Prix to\u00a0showcase\u00a0Chivas Regal 16 for the first time.<\/p>\n

Chivas Regal\u2019s spiritual home lies at Strathisla distillery.\u202f\u202fIt exports whisky and spirit drinks to more than 100 countries. It sells more than 4.5\u202fmillion\u202fnine-litre\u202fcases a year.\u202f\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n
The brand has recently expanded its strong commitment to sporting success as team partner of the Scuderia Ferrari HP team and as Official Whisky Partner of Arsenal FC.\u202f<\/p>\n
