{"id":5524,"date":"2026-05-05T00:11:24","date_gmt":"2026-05-05T00:11:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=5524"},"modified":"2026-05-05T00:11:24","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T00:11:24","slug":"waracle-acquires-inov8-in-data-and-ai-growth-plan-daily-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=5524","title":{"rendered":"Waracle acquires Inov8 in data and AI growth plan \u2013 Daily Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            <\/p>\n<p>Partners: David Tuck and Brian Graham<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Waracle, a UK digital product consultancy, is acquiring Inov8, an Edinburgh-based cloud and data services consultancy. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The deal aligns with Waracle\u2019s strategy to increase the percentage of revenue from its data and artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The acquisition pairs the 300-strong team at Waracle, which specialises in digital product development, with Inov8 Consulting\u2019s team of 28, which is focused on cloud services, data services and AI.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">It follows Waracle\u2019s acquisition of HackSoft, a software engineering operation in Sofia, Bulgaria.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Waracle CEO David Tuck said: \u201cWe worked really hard to find a data and AI consultancy that matched not only our ambitions, but also our values and culture.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201cWe have made massive strides over the last 18 months, and the talent within Inov8 will help us further our ambitions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Inov8 CEO Brian Graham, who founded the company in 2011, said: \u201cWe have spent a lot of time with David and other members of the Waracle leadership team getting to know them and the business.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201cWe know that joining forces at this moment will provide a great opportunity to be part of Waracle\u2019s continued growth.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Turnover at Waracle, which was acquired by Edinburgh-based Exception in 2016, grew by over 30% in 2025. Pre-tax profits came in just below \u00a32 million.
