{"id":5577,"date":"2026-05-05T15:32:17","date_gmt":"2026-05-05T15:32:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=5577"},"modified":"2026-05-05T15:32:17","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T15:32:17","slug":"cameron-house-at-loch-lomond-sold-for-100m-daily-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=5577","title":{"rendered":"Cameron House at Loch Lomond sold for \u00a3100m \u2013 Daily Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            <\/p>\n<p>Cameron House joins other internationally acclaimed venues<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Cameron House, the luxury resort set on the banks of Loch Lomond, has been sold in a deal said be in the region of \u00a3100 million.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Investment firm Victory Group has taken owenership of the 208-room hotel from affiliates of KSL Capital Partners.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The hotel joins the firm\u2019s collection, which include the Fairmont Grand Hotel Geneva \u2013 the largest five-star hotel in Switzerland \u2013 the Zudo mixed-use project in Amsterdam and an \u201cultra-prime\u201d office redevelopment in London\u2019s Jermyn Street.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Cameron House is formed around a historic 17th\u2011century estate. The resort was recently named the fifth best resort in Europe by the Cond\u00e9 Nast Traveller UK Readers\u2019 Choice Awards 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Erik Moresco, founder of Victory Group, said: \u201cThis acquisition reflects our strong conviction in high-quality assets in attractive locations. Cameron House combines a setting of breathtaking beauty, heritage and luxury, with legendary Scottish hospitality.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201cWe are excited to be making our first acquisition in Scotland, and we continue to see the UK as a compelling investment market.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Victory was advised by Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, Alvarez &amp; Marsal, Shepherd and Wedderburn, Turner &amp; Townsend Building Consultancy, JLL Debt &amp; Structured\u00a0Finance\u00a0and Howden Global Financial Sponsors.
