{"id":5657,"date":"2026-05-06T10:53:23","date_gmt":"2026-05-06T10:53:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=5657"},"modified":"2026-05-06T10:53:23","modified_gmt":"2026-05-06T10:53:23","slug":"park-property-management-in-indigo-square-deal-daily-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=5657","title":{"rendered":"Park Property Management in Indigo Square deal \u2013 Daily Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            <\/p>\n<p>Paul McDermott: milestone (pic: supplied)<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Glasgow-based Park Property Management has acquired the factoring business of Indigo Square, marking a significant step in the company\u2019s continued growth strategy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The deal brings about 2,000 clients across 130 developments throughout Glasgow, Renfrewshire and Ayrshire into the Park portfolio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">As part of the transaction, three members of staff have transferred to Park under TUPE arrangements, including former Indigo director, Val West.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Indigo Square, owned by Brian Gilmour, will continue to operate its estate agency business from its offices in Glasgow and Largs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">To support its expanding operations, Park Property Management has also secured new office accommodation at Centurian Business Park, Seaward Place, Glasgow. The two-storey building spans over 4,000 sq ft and will also house the newly launched Park PM Academy \u2013 a dedicated training facility for staff development.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Paul McDermott, managing director of Park Property Management, said the acquisition is an important milestone.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201cWe remain committed to identifying further acquisition opportunities as part of our<br \/>long-term strategy,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201cInvesting in our people is a key priority.
