{"id":6266,"date":"2026-05-14T01:32:08","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T01:32:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=6266"},"modified":"2026-05-14T01:32:08","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T01:32:08","slug":"burness-paull-breaks-through-100m-turnover-daily-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stock999.top\/?p=6266","title":{"rendered":"Burness Paull breaks through \u00a3100m turnover \u2013 Daily Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            <\/p>\n<p>Mark Ellis and Peter Lawson: ambitious<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Turnover at law firm Burness Paull has broken through the \u00a3100m turnover threshold for the first time following double-digit growth in business.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Annual revenue for the year to the end of March 2026 rose 12% to \u00a3105.2m (2024\/25: \u00a393.5m) and profit increased 27% to \u00a345.7m (2024\/25: \u00a335.9m) as the firm saw an immediate benefit from its 2025-2028 strategy. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The firm has shared its profits through an additional bonus to individual performance-related rewards. This has seen every employee receive an extra payment worth 10% of their annual salary.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Highlights of the year include advising Wood Group on the Scottish aspects of its \u00a3216m acquisition by Dubai-based Sidara, and Canada-listed K-Bro Linen Systems on its \u00a3107m acquisition of Star Mayan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Other notable deal were Petrofac\u2019s financial restructuring and the Scottish Football Association\u2019s historic naming rights partnership with Barclays for Hampden Park.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Mark Ellis, managing partner, said:\u00a0\u201cSurpassing \u00a3100m turnover is a significant milestone.
