A lot has happened in the company and the broader property industry since then, but the reason I am speaking to Horne now is because of recent developments with some big head-hunting moves from the company in the hotel advisory space.<\/p>\n
He tells us about this on the episode, with the launch of Broll Hospitality and weighs in on hotel development prospects in Africa that seem to be on the up.<\/p>\n
He also shares why the group is expanding into the Middle East with a new office in the Gulf hub of Dubai. This comes despite the conflict between the US and Iran, which has hit economies in states like the UAE.<\/p>\n
