(Getty Images \/ Getty Images)<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is an annual fee on luxury properties \u2026. like for this penthouse, which hedge fund CEO Ken Griffin bought for $238 million,&#8221; Mamdani said in a recent social media video outside Griffin\u2019s Manhattan residence.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ken Griffin isn\u2019t a villain. He hasn\u2019t hurt anybody; he\u2019s not hurting New York. We live in the wealthiest country in the world,&#8221; Bezos said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We shouldn\u2019t be asking this nurse in Queens to send money to Washington,&#8221; Bezos added. &#8220;They should be sending her an apology.
