Ms Lindsa has been with the firm for more than 20 years.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">An executive management team is being created to work alongside Ms Lindsay, with the new roles and structure being confirmed and effective as of January 2027.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">They will join Alan Cumming, head of sales and financial services, and David Gibson, finance director.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Mr Rettie said: \u201cThis is a story of continuity, stability, growth, and building for the future.\u00a0\u00a0We couldn\u2019t be happier to have Becky in the new role, supported by a talented group of executives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Ms Lindsay joined the firm in 2004 from IKEA Group, going on to become director of new homes and then COO, a post she has held since 2010.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Over the last year, Rettie has expanded its Edinburgh operations with a new office in Morningside.
