PSG to delist from Mauritius stock exchange
1 min readPSG Financial Services shareholders have approved the proposed voluntary delisting of the company’s ordinary shares from the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM).
The financial services company says retaining a dual listing on the bourse in Mauritius along with no trading activity creates limited benefit to the company or its shareholders, yet “imposes ongoing regulatory, administrative and compliance requirements and costs on the company”.
The Bellville-based group, whose major shareholders include Coronation Asset Management and the Public Investment Corporation, has its primary listing on the JSE.

It released a Sens on Thursday confirming the withdrawal will take effect after market close on 31 August 2026, after which the company’s ordinary shares will cease to be listed or traded on the SEM and it will no longer be possible for shareholders to transfer shares and register for trading on the bourse.
“The single shareholder whose shares are currently held on the SEM register is accordingly taking the necessary steps to transfer his shares to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange register.”
PSG adds it’s currently completing the remaining administrative and regulatory formalities required to finalise the SEM delisting process.
PSG Financial Services ordinary shares will remain unaffected on its primary markets. They will continue to be listed and actively traded on both the JSE and the Namibian Stock Exchange.
