Tweedie heads leadership changes at Bancon – Daily Business

Andrew Tweedie, Kate Dick, Jamie Tosh, James Adamson

Housebuilder Bancon Group has promoted chief financial officer Andrew Tweedie to chief executive, enabling executive chair Bob McAlpine to step into a non-executive role.

James Adamson has been promoted to group finance director and will join the operating board, while Kate Dick steps up as finance director for homes and construction.

Jamie Tosh remains managing director of the private homes, land-led affordable and retrofit divisions and will join the main board.

Mr Tweedie said: “These appointments demonstrate Bancon Group’s commitment to developing internal talent while ensuring continuity, strong leadership and clear strategic focus. We remain well-positioned to build on our strong foundations.”

Headquartered in Banchory, Bancon Group employs 250 staff.
