Two Atlantic Square: in demand

British Gas owner Centrica is leasing 24,000 sq ft over two floors at Two Atlantic Square in Glasgow, joining a number of blue chip clients in the building.

Two Atlantic Square is a joint venture between BAM Properties and Taylor Clark, offering 97,000 sq ft of Grade A space. Tenants include Burness Paull, Siemens, AtkinsRéalis and BDO.

Euan Miller, managing director at BAM Properties, said: “The building has been designed to deliver high-quality, sustainable workspace in one of Glasgow’s most prominent business locations, and it is encouraging to see such strong demand from leading organisations.
