Aberdein Considine has appointed Will Wallace as partner to head up its expanding residential property team in Edinburgh.

Formerly a partner with Balfour + Manson, Mr Wallace joins a team in three locations in the city.

Michael Sinclair, senior partner at Aberdein Considine, said the firm is continuing to develop its estate agency presence and ability to fully service all its clients’ residential property needs across Edinburgh and the Lothians.

Mr Wallace’s principal role will be to lead the property legal team in Edinburgh and support the firm’s private client team in relation to all residential property matters.

He will also be working alongside Dianne Paterson, previously managing partner at Russel & Aitken, a firm Aberdein Considine merged with four years ago.

Mr Wallace said: “Having specialised in both residential and commercial conveyancing for more than nine years, I am looking forward to guiding and advising clients across a variety of residential property journeys.”
